Solution

A certain coal mining machine uses Siemens S7-1500 series PLC. The pressure actions are mainly controlled by PLC logic, which drives the hydraulic system. Additionally, intermediate relays control the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, driving the conveyor chain. The PLC part uses Profinet communication. A single punching line uses five sets of ODOT I/O, with approximately 200 digital input and output points. It collects data from speed sensors on the conveyor belt to gather a series of operational data during the belt's operation. The PLC processes this data and sends commands to control the conveyor belt's speed, ensuring the operating data remains within a reasonable range.
