Traditional decoction of Chinese medicine requires precise control over factors such as heat, temperature, and time, as each parameter can significantly affect the efficacy of the medicinal herbs. With the advancement of modern technology, fully automated decoction machines are gradually replacing manual methods, taking on the crucial task of preparing these medicines.

A company providing fully automated traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies and unmanned decoction equipment offers a fully automated decoction room capable of managing the entire process: automatic dispensing of bulk herbs according to prescriptions, soaking, decoction, automatic packaging, sterilization, and more. This achieves fully automated control of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation process.
Temperature control is crucial in this process. After extensive comparisons, the company ultimately chose the ODOT C Series Remote IO system for temperature monitoring and control.
