Solution
An engineering enterprise to build a city construction project, the project used shield tunneling machine using PLC-based electronic control system, the system by the solenoid valve control of the lift cylinder, slewing cylinder, cutting head up and down, left and right movement and retraction, each motor unit are installed thermistor, all information through the ODOT CN-8032-L and Siemens S7-300 PLC communication, collection of various parts of the temperature, position and information, has been used steadily. All information is communicated with Siemens S7-300 PLC through ODOTCN-8032-L to collect the temperature and position information of each part, which has been stably used in the company's shield tunneling machine.
