- Customer Application
The customer's automated production line primarily focuses on auxiliary building materials like limestone sand. The production process can be summarized as follows: cement, sand, lime, and fibers are finely ground, screened, and quality-checked before being mixed in specific proportions according to process requirements. The mixture is then weighed, packaged, and palletized. The on-site control system utilizes Siemens controllers, communicating via the Profibus-DP protocol with the ODOTCN-8012 adapter.Multiple digital I/O modules, analog I/O modules, and specialized modules are connected to collect data and control the sensors and actuators throughout the production line.

The CN-8012 is a PROFIBUS-DP network adapter that supports standard PROFIBUS-DP protocol access. It allows a maximum input of 244 bytes, a maximum output of 244 bytes, and supports the mounting of up to 32 I/O modules.
The CT-121F is a digital input module responsible for collecting status signals from various actuators.
The CT-222F is a digital output module tasked with providing drive signals for the actuators across the entire system.
