🔸 B-Series: Modular All-in-One I/O
Designed with a "modular all-in-one" core, this series enhances integration and deployment efficiency. Its modularity allows for flexible configuration based on actual customer needs, significantly improving the ease of system integration.
🔸 C-Series: Universal High-Speed remote I/O
Focusing on "distributed I/O," this series meets demands for flexible wiring. It features a distributed, ultra-slim design that saves installation space and spring-clamp terminals for fast wiring. With its high-speed backplane bus, the refresh cycle for 32 full analog modules is just 2ms. Capable of supporting up to 32 I/O Modules, it demonstrates outstanding performance.
🔸 D-Series: Redundant Backplane Remote I/O
As ODOT's newly launched product line, the D-Series is a complete solution system comprising high-performance PLCs, network adapters, and diverse I/O modules. It has passed rigorous vibration and shock tests and surpasses industry standards in key metrics like Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), significantly enhancing high reliability in complex electromagnetic environments.
The D-Series also introduces multiple innovative upgrades in system architecture and user experience. Equipped with an intelligent multi-function display supporting power-off storage for up to 200 diagnostic messages, it greatly facilitates on-site debugging and maintenance. Its dual backplane bus communication mode boosts data refresh rates to 0.6ms, while the redundant architecture design doubles communication stability compared to traditional solutions. The two-segment structure, combined with light-guide terminal design, provides clear visibility of signal status. Enlarged wiring apertures (up to 1.5mm²) further improve installation convenience and applicability.
🔸 DU03 Series PLC - DU03L
The DU03 Series PLC includes four base models: DU03L, DU03G, DU03P, and DU03M.
The DU03L is a mid-range, domestically-developed (cross-domain) PLC compliant with IEC 61499 and IEC 61131-3 standards. It supports PROFINET Master and EtherCAT Master functionality. Achieving self-reliance from hardware to software, it is designed to meet the stringent requirements of high-end industries like shipbuilding and wind power, providing a solid and reliable control foundation for critical infrastructure.
🔸 IP67 Series: High Protection-Level Remote I/O
The IP67 Series offers a high protection rating, making it suitable for installation close to machinery or outside cabinets. It significantly simplifies field wiring and resists moisture and dust, making it ideal for harsher industrial environments such as automotive manufacturing and logistics warehousing.
